Tulsa Police Officer Gives Back To Community, Donates Gaming Equipment
A Tulsa police officer injured in the line of duty last summer is giving back through the department s Community Engagement Unit.
Officer Aurash Zarkeshan donated a PlayStation 5 and other gaming equipment to Blue Light Ministries, which is a local non-profit.
The equipment will be used for gaming nights for local children and Tulsa Police officers through Project eNGAGE.
The project kicks off March 25th at the Tulsa Dream Center.

Thursday, the Dream Center s Executive Director Aaron Johnson and other volunteers at the nonprofit gave out gifts, clothing, and food boxes to hundreds of families.
Johnson said since last Saturday, they have given more than 6,000 toys and 6,000 food boxes. They wanted to clear their shelves by giving everything else away. 2020 has been a hard year, so whatever we can do to help serve families, that s what it s about,” Johnson said.
