With the official start to gardening season quickly approaching, the Pembroke Carefor Community Garden is ready for its first planting season.
The community garden is located at Pembroke Carefor Mackay Centre with 25 beds – five raised accessible beds close to the building for Carefor residents and at the back of the property near the intersection of River Road and Deacon Street 10 beds for individuals or families (which are all spoken for) and 10 for non-profit groups (two of which are remaining).
