Salida police officers arrested Richard Ace Brannon, 34, of Salida July 25 on a charge of driving a motor vehicle when license under restraint â revoked. He was held in lieu of $1,000 bail.
Bridget Kay Bidwell, 24, Cañon City, was arrested July 24, on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia â penalty, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and violation of a protection order. She was held in lieu of $1,000 bail.
Philip Todd Osbon, 47, Baytown, Texas, was arrested July 24 on a charge of retaliation against a witness or victim. He was held in lieu of $5,000 bail.
Morris Winton Gunter, 38, Buena Vista, was arrested July 22 on charges of third-degree simple assault, third-degree criminal trespass, domestic violence, harassment with insults, taunts and challenges and violation of a protection order. He was held without bond.
