WWE has announced some new September tour dates which included the WWE Extreme Rules pay-per-view which will take place on Sunday, September 26 from the Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio.
It was previously rumored that the Clash of Champions pay-per-view would take place on September 26, but WWE has now confirmed Extreme Rules.
Tickets for Extreme Rules and other September shows will go on sale next Friday, July 16 at 10 am local time in each market, via Ticketmaster.

It was recently reported that John Cena will be filming a new movie Argylle in Europe this August, which has fans worried his rumored SummerSlam return will be put into some jeopardy.
Cena recently confirmed that he will return to WWE soon, but didn t say when.
In some good news, Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that John Cena vs Roman Reigns is
locked in for the main event of SummerSlam.
Cena s last match was the Firefly Fun House match against The Fiend at WrestleMania 36.

As reported earlier, WWE announced that Bayley has been injured and will be out of ring action for around nine months.
Mike Johnson of PWInsider is reporting Bayley suffered a torn ACL earlier this week while training at the WWE Performance Center.
Additionally, Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful.com reported the following: We re told the Bayley injury happened during the mandatory return to road training session at the WWE Performance Center while doing chain wrestling with another Superstar. It was referred to as a freak accident.

In an update on Brock Lesnar returning to WWE, there has been some new information regarding their talks.
Andrew Zarian of Mat Men podcast is reporting it would be unlikely to see Lesnar appear at SummerSlam for creative reasons, but he is set to return soon. They wanted Brock. For whatever reason, the plan didn’t work out. I believe it was creative-wise, it just wasn’t fitting. Financially, they want Brock to commit to live shows. They are working it out, it’s gonna happen. It’s not that it’s not gonna happen – it’s gonna happen unless something goes tremendously terrible, which I don’t think it will. I think we’re gonna see Brock, I just don’t think he’s needed for SummerSlam if they have this planned out already. If Brock calls them and says, ‘Hey I wanna do it’ then yeah, they’re gonna figure it out. I don’t believe Brock’s gonna be on there
