BELFAST The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported five traffic citations between July 2-22. Of the five citations, four were issued for failure to provide proof of insurance, and the other was issued for an inspection sticker violation. In addition to the five citations, the following activity was reported.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Christopher Cutfliffe, 47, of Bangor, was issued a summons for harassment by telephone on George Road in Prospect.

Jason S. Roberts, 40, of Rockland, was arrested as a fugitive from justice on Thorndike Road in Unity.
Coxford Road will be closed for 3 day from Jan 27 between Thorndike Road and Rownhams Road.
