43-year-old Joseph Olvera was charged Tuesday with first-degree intentional homicide for allegedly fatally stabbing a man Sunday.
Police Commander Paul Ebel says 43-year-old Joseph Olvera attacked the man after mistaking the victim for a driver who had just cut him off.
