Mid-Norfolk MP George Freeman Norfolk MP George Freeman has been reported to the Cabinet Office for further breaches of the ministerial code - after taking up four roles without first seeking advice. Mr Freeman, who previously served as a minister for life sciences and as transport minister, said he had apologised profusely and that he had made an error in misunderstanding the process. And, in the course of discussions over that breach, Mr Freeman told the committee of other roles he held with Ryse Hydrogen, Resume Foundation, Reform for Resilience and Haemcro, which he had not sought advice for. Convicted murderer, 40, took amphetamines before she died in Crete jeep crash, inquest hears

12:16 EDT, 3 March 2021 A convicted murderer who went on to become an award-winning entrepreneur died as a result of a road traffic collision in Greece, an inquest heard. Zara Crane-Davies, 40, died alongside Luke Hall, 18, when the 4x4 she was driving overturned in Malia on the island of Crete. Ms Crane-Davies, who lived in Wythenshawe, south Manchester, was given a life sentence for killing a man in 2003. At the time, the mother-of-two lived in a ground floor flat in Purley, south London, when she got involved in a row with her neighbour, David Thompson, 37. She fatally stabbed him outside his front door by piercing his heart with a 10-inch kitchen knife.
