Prensa Diputados, 07 de Jul de 2021.- La Presidenta de la Comisión Especial Mixta de Investigación sobre Retardación en la Atención y Resolución de casos de Feminicidio, diputada Estefanía Morales (MAS-IPSP), presentó esta mañana en la Fiscalía Departamental de Santa Cruz, una denuncia penal en contra de Sergio R.Ch. acusado por los delitos de violencia física, psicológica y económica.
En un video que se hizo viral en las redes sociales, Marisabel S.L. evidenció la actitud violenta del acusado y además reclamó la falta de atención al caso por parte del Ministerio Público. En ese sentido, la medida penal asumida por Morales, busca respaldar la acción de la víctima.

Customs Commissioner Wade Smith and Chief Immigration Officer Ian Penn, the heads of the territoryâs two biggest border enforcement agencies, sat before the Commission of Inquiry on June 23 and explained funding and staffing processes as well as how they investigate matters of suspected corruption, abuse or dishonesty within their ranks.Â

Former Premier Dr. Orlando Smith told the Commission of Inquiry on Tuesday that he didnât instruct his financial secretary to âshow me the evidenceâ that the BVI Airways deal was a justified use of $7 million of public money at the time he was making it.
Government signed the agreement with BVI Airways, Castleton Holdings and Colchester Aviation in December 2015, but after receiving $7.2 million from government, the airline failed to launch a commercial air service by its October 2016 deadline.
