ENDESA, S.A. was established on 18 November 1944 and has its registered office at Calle Ribera del Loira 60, Madrid.
Its corporate object is the electricity business in its various industrial and commercial activities; the exploitation of primary energy resources of all types; the provision of industrial services or services related to its main business, particularly those relating to gas and those that are preparatory or complementary to the activities included in the corporate object, and the management of the business Group consisting of investments in
