The Golden Meadow Fourchon Tarpon Rodeo (GMFTR) announced it will be holding its 72nd annual fishing rodeo this year.
The event will be held from July 1-3, while ensuring that it is done in accordance with all safety guidelines, according to event officials. Sign up for our Newsletters
Both local residents and participants throughout the Gulf Coast are ready for this event as the pandemic restrictions have been eased over the last couple of months, according to GMFTR President Eddie Callais.
Each year the GMFTR brings with it the uniqueness of its Admiral, and this year is no different. We are happy to announce Mr. Michael Melancon as the Admiral of the 72nd Annual Golden Meadow-Fourchon Tarpon Rodeo. ....
