My Testimony on the CLEAN Future Act and Environmental Justice: Protecting Frontline Communities

On Thursday, I testified before the Subcommittee on Environment and Climate Change of the House Committee on Energy and Commerce. The hearing discussed the importance of 11 legislative submissions on environmental justice communities, including Black people, Latinx people, Native Americans and Indigenous Peoples. The legislations included: H.R. 1512, the “Climate Leadership and Environmental Action
