Christmas in July never looked so real. 
A hailstorm in the Southern Tier covered Interstate 86 with slush and shut down part of the expressway on Friday afternoon.  
Heavy hail and slick conditions were to blame for a three-vehicle crash involving a tractor-trailer on I-86 in Cuba, Allegany County, according to the Cuba Fire Department.  
Cuba is less than 20 miles north of the Pennsylvania border. 
The collision occurred in the eastbound lanes and the tractor-trailer settled in the median. Everyone riding in the the other two vehicles suffered minor injuries.  ....
