A Queensland coroner examining the murder of schoolgirl Tiahleigh Palmer has failed to determine an exact cause of death, but found she was most likely choked or asphyxiated by her foster father Rick Thorburn in 2015.
An inquest into the 12-year-old s death was held last week to investigate how she was killed, how her body was disposed of and to track her final moments.
