Romeo teen Rachel Mac and Detroit singer Zania Alaké will keep battling on this season of The Voice.
Both edged out their competitors in the Battle rounds of the popular NBC show. Mac, now 16, beat fellow Michigan singer Bradley Sinclair on Monday after a performance of the Elton John classic, Your Song.
And Alaké topped fellow singer Durrell Anthony last week after the two sang the Bee Gee s Emotion. I am SO grateful beyond belief, wrote Mac on Instagram after Monday s show. But the best part about this whole thing, is that to me, this wasn t a battle, it was duet. I had the privilege of working with one of the best musicians I have met.

Kenzie Wheeler
All four “Voice” coaches fought for a chance to work with country singer Kenzie Wheeler, whose performing history includes opening for country legend Charlie Daniels.
Wheeler kicked off season 20 of “The Voice” performing Keith Whitley’s “Don’t Close Your Eyes.” Clarkson wanted the 22-year-old singer from Florida so badly that she used her one and only block of the round to keep country star Blake Shelton from snagging Wheeler for his team.

Contestants really brought their a-game during the third night of Blind Auditions on the 20th season of
The Voice on Monday night. And as a result, coaches Blake Shelton, Nick Jonas and John Legend now have six artists on their teams, while Kelly Clarkson has only snagged five singers so far.
Although all of the artists who have landed a spot on the show performed well during their auditions, there was only one singer who managed to get a four-chair turn. There was a heated showdown between Shelton, Jonas, Legend and Clarkson, all of whom were pitching a ton of reasons why the contestant in question should pick them, but it was Shelton who claimed the young country star-in-the-making for Team Blake.
