Fremont 6-year-old found safe in Missouri, father taken into custody
Fremont police say a 6-year-old boy reported abducted Thursday night was found safe in Boonville, Missouri.
Police said the child was abducted from a home in the 400 block of West Sixth Street around 7:30 p.m. Police said Juarez does not live at the residence.
Police said they were tipped off to the pair s whereabouts after reports they had been seen at a truck stop in Boonville. The town north of Jefferson City is more than 300 miles away from Fremont.
Charges are pending against Juarez. Fremont police said arrangements are being made to bring the boy back to Nebraska.

IOWA, La. (KPLC) - A 16-year-old Iowa High School allegedly said during lunch Wednesday that he was trigger happy and would kill as many students as he could, according to information from the Calcasieu Parish Sheriffâs Office.
