Requisition ) from a dissident shareholder group led by Humewood Ventures Corp. and 868854 BC Ltd. (the
Requisitioning Shareholders ), both controlled by Robert Baker, and holding 6.12% of the Company s outstanding voting shares, for a meeting of its shareholders pursuant to section 167 of the
Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) (the
Act ).
