Nouria Energy acquires F.L. Roberts stores and gas stations

F.L. Roberts & Co., a longtime Springfield-based business, has sold its convenience stores and car wash locations to Nouria Energy Corp., including several locations in Franklin County and the Whately Diner.
According to a news release from Worcester-based Nouria Energy, the deal includes 26 convenience store locations with fuel including two truck stops, 22 Golden Nozzle car wash locations and the diner. In Franklin County, those locations include the F.L. Roberts on the Mohawk Trail in Greenfield; Roady’s Truck Stop and the Whately Diner on State Street in Whately; and the F.L. Roberts on Third Street in Turners Falls, which sold for a total of $6.35 million, according to a quitclaim deed filed with the Franklin County Registry of Deeds.
