As the MLB Trade Deadline swiftly approaches, the Pirates have gotten themselves extremely busy making a huge move Sunday evening. On Monday Night, they made another move. Here is a Recap of those Trades.
Lets start with the big one over the weekend. NL All-Star and MLB hits leader Adam Frazier was sent to the Padres in exchange for a trio of Prospects. Frazier is now 29, but has posted his best statistical year as a Professional. He’s hit .327 with four Homers and five steals..
It was a no-brainer for the Buccos to move Frazier. They have fallen completely out of the Standings and now its time to continue to build up the Farm System. In case you didn’t see it on Sunday, here’s what the Buccos got in return:
