Thatâs the opportunity, at least in theory, presented by underwater SPACs. Theyâre also facing an eventual deadline to liquidate if they donât come up with a deal.

Inside Texas Politics, Hughes stated federal law does allow regulation of big tech companies. [And] so the bill we re getting ready to file will say that if a company discriminates against you, if the platforms blocks or kicks you off based on your viewpoint, based on your politics or religion based on viewpoint discrimination, it will give you a way to get back online, Hughes said.
Similar legislation was filed this week in Arkansas by Attorney General Leslie Rutledge that would limit who social media platforms can block from their platforms.Â

WICHITA FALLS, Texas (TNN) - The MSU men’s basketball team defeated UT-Tyler Friday evening, but turned around and dropped one to the Patriots on Saturday.
MSU moves to 7-2 on the season, 6-2 in Lone Star Conference play.
Sophomore guard Terrell Wilson led the Mustangs with 22 points in Saturday’s contest.
The Mustangs will hit the road this Friday to face Dallas Baptist University at 5:00 p.m.
