Public comment reveals divide in the community Before public comment began, board President Ray Jaramillo proposed that the discussion for Policy JBC be moved up to the top of the agenda. Dozens of Las Cruces community members filled the board room of the Dr. Karen M. Trujillo Administration Complex.
