What struck me when I first looked at this project was the fact that it . this is completing the development theme that Novi is trying to establish along Novi Road, said Landry, a former Novi mayor. We are taking a building which was formerly set back, bringing it up to the road, and we are eliminating two curb cuts along Novi Road, which I think is huge.
Bringing the building up closer to the road will match the development to the south built on the former Kim s Garden Restaurant that currently houses Panda Express, Mattress Firm and Spectrum.
There was no word during the meeting of which businesses may locate in the building. The development would need some approvals from the city s Zoning Board of Appeals, something Landry said should happen in February.

WASHINGTON – Background checks for gun purchases in Arizona hit their highest level ever in 2020, driven by an unprecedented convergence of a pandemic, a summer of national unrest and a presidential election, experts said.
With a month left to go in the year, 610,911 background checks had been performed in the state through November, well over the 372,912 done in all of 2019, according to FBI data.
