SULLIVAN, Ind. An Indianapolis couple was charged Friday for the 2019 murder of rural Sullivan County woman in her home.
Danny Wilson Jr. and Renee S. Huffines pleaded guilty for the death of Patricia Dorsett, who was reported missing by family members in May of 2019.
Investigation from the Indiana State Police Putnamville Post and the Sullivan County Sheriff s Office discovered Dorsett’s deceased body in a trailer near the back of her property.
The charges stem from the death of Patricia Dorsett.
Huffines and Wilson were staying with Dorsett in her Sullivan County home in May of 2019. Dorsett was later reported missing by family and friends. Her body was found in the back of a trailer on her property.
An autopsy confirmed Dorsett died of a gunshot wound to the head.

SULLIVAN COUNTY, Ind. (WTHI) - Court documents show two people are set to enter guilty pleas in connection to a Sullivan County murder case.
News 10 obtained plea agreements for Renee Huffines and Danny Wilson, Jr. They each face charges in the killing of 61-year-old Patricia Dorsett from Sullivan.
Huffines has entered a plea agreement for a charge of conspiracy to commit murder. Under the agreement, charges of murder, assisting a criminal, and failure to report a dead body will be dismissed.

An Indianapolis woman has agreed to plead guilty to conspiracy to commit murder in the 2019 death of a Sullivan County woman.
Renee Huffines, 42, now faces 20 years in prison through a negotiated plea agreement presented Friday in Sullivan Circuit Court. Her sentencing is set for 2:30 p.m. Friday, May 21.
Huffines was the girlfriend of Danny Wilson Jr., 42, who has been charged with murder in the May 23, 2019, shooting death of 61-year-old Patricia S. Dorsett of Cass.
Wilson is currently set for trial May 17 in Sullivan Superior Court. Huffines agreed to cooperate in the criminal case against Wilson, according to the plea agreement.
