Derek Corsino took part in the Spring Bake off championship finale on the Food Network Monday night. He s a Dutchess County native and graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. Currently, he teaches culinary arts to high school students in California. In the final challenge, he baked a replica garden cake that checked all the boxes in our book. Unfortunately he didn t take home the title but he had a great run! The judges praised his attention to detail. ....
