Live Music This Weekend: Hendersonville plays host to several street concert series

As the COVID pandemic continues to recede, at least here in the USA, I am amazed at how quickly most of us are desperately trying to return to normal.
Personally, I think this is a good thing, and as long as the CDC, WHO and NC DHHS say I can eat, drink, and be merry without wearing a mask, I’m all in for gathering in the streets to hear live music.
Hendersonville has a wonderful track record for closing down Main Street for a good time. On some sleepy level, I’ve known for a long time there are several series of live music events in Hendo, but it was until this year that the big picture formed in my mind.

Daisy Chain, which supports autistic children, young people and adults, is providing free residential breaks to its service users during school holidays this year. The charity has received funding from BBC Children in Need to offer two-night trips which have been specifically designed for autistic children and young people to a range of activity centres including Centre Parcs. Participants will take part in a variety of different activities, including swimming, cycling and outdoor challenges while being supported by Daisy Chain’s highly trained staff who are experienced at ensuring activities such as this are accessible for autistic children and young people.
