CLINTON, Tennessee The Tennessee Valley Coalition for the Homeless (TVCH) said it is redirecting its efforts after it had to scrap plans to open the Drop In Resource Center at 903 Clinch Avenue in Clinton due to vandalism, threats, and other disheartening events.
The original plan was to have a brick-and-mortar location, but TVCH has decided to search for another location to better suit the needs of the community they serve. It s looking into getting a mobile unit, instead.
