20 Rhodaniens parmi les 500 plus grandes fortunes françaises en 2021

Comme chaque année, le magazine Challenges a publié son classement des 500 personnalités les plus riches. Cette année, on retrouve 20 fortunes lyonnaises.
Sans surprise, c’est Bernard Arnault, le président de LVMH, qui arrive en tête de ce classement 2021 avec 157,5 milliards d’euros. Il devance la famille Hermès avec un peu plus de 81 milliards d’euros et Françoise Bettencourt-Meyers et sa famille de l’Oréal avec 71,4 milliards.
Si on regarde de plus près ce classement on retrouve 20 personnalités rhodaniennes, plus ou moins connues du grand public. Sans surprise, le premier est Alain Mérieux et sa famille (bioMérieux). Avec une fortune estimée à 6,6 milliards d’euros, il pointe à la 16e place du classement. Une fortune en baisse d’un peu moins 18% par rapport à l’an passé.

MILAN (Reuters) -Credit Agricole sealed its $1 billion takeover bid for Creval on Friday, in a move that strengthens its foothold in Italy’s consolidating banking sector - its biggest market outside France.

The acquisition of the regional lender allows the Italian arm of France’s no.2 bank to double its market share in the country’s wealthiest areas at a time when competition is intensifying.
The head of Credit Agricole Italia, Giampiero Maioli, said the deal was concluded “with great satisfaction” and that it represented “a success for everyone”.

MILAN Credit Agricole Italia secured majority support for a $1 billion takeover of rival bank Creval on Wednesday, after agreeing to pay the maximum price regardless of acceptance levels for its offer.
A low take-up had threatened to thwart plans by France’s second-largest bank Credit Agricole to cement its presence in Italy’s consolidating banking sector, which is its biggest foreign market.

As of Tuesday, which was due to be the second-to-last day for the offer, take-up stood at 22.6% of the shares targeted by the bid despite an improved offer price last week.
