In fact, there was a time when the Biden and Lattif worlds collided, and Lattif worked with the Bidens to site, design, and build a custom home for their family.
Roll back a few of decades to 1990 in Delaware. That s when Lattif first met the Biden family. He started building custom homes in Bryn Mawr, Penn., in 1995, after a long history of building homes for many of the nation s largest public builders, including Ryan, Winchester Homes, NVR and Pulte. During this time he built several homes in Delaware, including the home of President Joseph R. Biden.
