Simon Named To James Madison University Dean s List
Michael Simon, of Buffalo Grove, has been named to the Dean s List at James Madison University for the spring 2021 semester. Students who earn dean s list honors must carry at least 12 graded credit hours and earn a GPA of between 3.5 and 3.899. Simon is majoring in hospitality management.
Delainey Mellott
SALINEVILLE Delainey Mellott, daughter of Rick and Jessica Mellott of East Liverpool, has been selected as the Kiwanis Student of the Month for February at Southern Local High School. She is ranked third in her graduating class with a 4.378 GPA.
Delainey has been an Honor Roll student throughout her high school career. She is an active member of National Honor Society, Varsity Club, President of Senior class and Student Council. She was on the 2019 Fall Homecoming Court and 2021 Winter Homecoming Court. She has participated in the College Credit Plus Program at Kent State and Eastern Gateway Community College.
Hudson Earns Perfect GPA, Makes Dean s List At Liberty University
Brianna Hudson, of Deerfield, earned a perfect 4.0 GPA for Fall semester 2020 and was named to the Dean s List at Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. She was part of the Honors Program at Liberty University. Hudson is a 2020 graduate of Christian Heritage Academy in Northfield, where she was the Soli Deo Gloria Award winner, CHA s highest award for graduating seniors.
