Jeanne Shaheen Wednesday during a virtual meeting she hosted to discuss the COVID-19 vaccine rollout in the state. “The more complex we make this rollout, the slower it will be.” He pointed to the next phase of the rollout, which allows for people to receive the vaccine if they have two or more serious medical conditions.
