Opinion: An online survey conducted by the Nelson–Tasman Climate Forum has revealed overwhelming public support for Nelson City Council and Tasman District Council to take stronger action on climate change. The survey, which was promoted in a Stuff article and via social media and the Climate Forum newsletter, was undertaken to provide climate change feedback on NCC’s draft Whakamahere Whakatu - Nelson Plan and TDC’s draft Aorere ki uta, Aorere ki tai - Tasman Environment Plan, which were both open to public feedback in December.
