Colliers, a commercial real estate services, facilitated the sale of 44 Chenell Drive in Concord, to New Sunset Realty, a local N.H. investor.
Bob Rohrer and Dan Scanlon of Colliers’ Manchester office, represented the seller, Chenell Drive Trust, and also assisted the buyer in the transaction.
The 21,000-square-foot building on 2.41 acres is net leased to a regional tenant.

‘It goes from Medieval to Miesian,’ says Allies and Morrison’s Graham Morrison, as we contemplate 100 Bishopsgate’s faceted glassy form rising above us.
