A Maryland investor that recently made a big play in Dallas’ Design District has purchased more properties in the area.
Federal Capital Partners has acquired two showroom buildings at Oak Lawn Avenue near Market Center Boulevard, according to county deed records.
The buildings contain more than 20,000 square feet and were built in the 1950s.
The properties are adjacent to new apartment communities which have been built in the neighborhood northwest of downtown Dallas.
