Food Truck Tuesdays return to Downtown Colorado Springs
Food trucks are firing up their stoves in front of the Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum for the return of Food Truck Tuesday.
The event was made popular in summer of 2019, but was canceled in 2020 due to the pandemic. Officials with the Pioneers Museum said they are excited to re-launch the event and return a sense of normalcy to the community.
“This space has been a community gathering space for 100 years, said Diane Stine with the Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum. We checked that we were okay within local and state guidelines, and just wanted to bring it back.

The new exhibit “COS@150,” a timeline of the city’s history told through 150 objects, opened Jan. 30 at Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum. It’s part of the city’s yearlong string of events celebrating the sesquicentennial.
