BRIDGEPORT For those who are just now getting a chance to clean their basements and garages of unwanted junk, there are plenty of cleanup events remaining across Belmont County.
JB Green Team’s Belmont County cleanups are all slated from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The remaining dates include:

MARTINS FERRY The city is gearing up for another spring cleanup on March 27 near the former city garage property on First Street.
Martins Ferry City Council President Kristine Davis said Mayor John Davies made the announcement about the cleanup during this week’s council meeting on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, JB Green Team also has slated several cleanups across townships in Belmont County.
The Martins Ferry city cleanup is set for 8 a.m. to noon March 27 for city residents only. Residents can bring their unwanted household materials to the site for disposal into dumpsters.
No hazardous materials can be disposed of including paint, chemicals, tires or TVs.
