On Jan. 30, Jose Hernandez, 36, of Dunkirk was charged with second-degree criminal contempt.
On Feb. 1, Benjamin White-Shury, 23, of Dunkirk was charged with second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
On Feb. 1, Christopher R. Steward, 36, of Fredonia was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked registration and no insurance.
On Feb. 1, Deborah L. Sikes, 34, Of Dunkirk was charged with unlicensed operator and leaving the scene of a personal injury accident.
On Feb. 2, Jose Hernandez-Mercado, 36, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, inadequate lights and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
