Joann Inc. adds two board members, promotes general counsel

Hudson-based sewing, fabrics and crafts retailer Joann Inc. (Nasdaq: JOAN) has bulked up its board and executive leadership team as part of its return to the public market.
The company announced in a news release on Tuesday, May 11, that Anne Mehlman and Marybeth Hays were nominated and confirmed to the board of directors after Joann listed publicly on the Nasdaq stock market in March. The Joann board now has seven members.
