A sweeping ban has been put in place across the whole East End to stop people using laughing gas on the streets for kicks.
A public spaces protection order on the use of nitrous oxide has been brought in by Tower Hamlets Council, which means police can now arrest anyone misusing it and disrupting peaceful neighbourhoods.
It is now an offence to use nitrous oxide psychoactive substance and engage in antisocial activity including littering the streets with empty canisters.
Guam to ship off 25 boonie dogs

Boonie Flight Project, co-founded by Kelsey Graupner and Lauren Cabrera, plans to ship 25 dogs to Alaska, Vermont, Seattle, New Hampshire, Indiana, Texas, New York and Washington D.C. by April 10.
The goal is to send 200 boonie dogs to new homes and rescue shelters across the U.S. by the end of 2021, according to a news release by the Guam Department of Agriculture.
Working with Lisa Meador-Schoppa of Animal Travel Agent LLC and Tails of Hawaii layover kennel, Boonie Flight Project sends dogs to adopters and rescue shelters stateside who are willing to subsidize travel.
