DAR chapter honors local students

Sedalia Man Arrested On Multiple Charges
On Sunday at approximately 1:55 a.m., Sedalia Police conducted a traffic stop on an SUV at Broadway and Marvin for several moving violations.
A computer check revealed that the driver, 46-year-old Jamie Guzman of Sedalia, was driving while revoked. He also was found to be highly intoxicated and had two young children in the car with him.
Guzman was taken into custody and transported to the Pettis County Jail, then on to the Pettis County Jail, where he was placed on a 24-hour hold.
He was found to be in possession of a cocaine and methamphetamine powder.
