Philip Moreau Yogi Bear s Jellystone Park Camp Resort Pine Lake RV Resort & Cottages Sturbridge

STURBRIDGE Philip Moreau has a file of old photos of the former Yogi Bear s Jellystone Park Camp Resort, but warns that viewers may need a  barf bag. Moreau, a RV resort developer who owns and operates 10 other RV resorts in Virginia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Nevada, California and Arizona, purchased the campground in May of 2018 and renamed it Pine Lake RV Resort & Cottages. He serves as managing member. Fell in love with Sturbridge in 70s, saw huge potential in old campground In the old photos, Moreau points to the prevalence of garbage, questionable wiring and sewage issues. While he did not have many kind words for the former campground, Moreau saw potential in the area. That potential dates back to when he first visited Sturbridge in the early 1970s, when he fell in love with the town.
