Now in its fifth year, Levi’s Music Prize has announced this year’s winners, in partnership with BIGSOUND.
The six emerging Australian music acts chosen will each receive a cash prize of $15,000 to help boost their career.

The Fresh Prince of Arnhem Land confirmed that
Gela – his skin name and one of the most genuine markers of his identity – is landing on October 15. In revealing his biggest project to date, Baker Boy said it’s an introduction to the duality of his life; both as a boisterous, infectiously positive artist and inspiration, and a First Nations man with deep ties to his family and community on Arnhem Land.
“I want people to see what my life is like, and where I come from,” he said.
“The journey from a remote community to living in the city and trying to adapt, and have that balance, is a lot of hard work, [but] it’s an amazing journey.”

The festival makes its return to South Gippsland this New Year’s.
NYE on the Hill is officially back with the beloved festival revealing a huge lineup taking to its serene Loch location this New Year’s.
Going down from Thursday December 30, 2021 until Saturday January 1, 2022, NYE on the Hill will welcome over 30 bands and performers into its space, as well as late night DJs, a deck disco, comedians, art installations, morning yoga, curated food trucks and licensed bars.
