CYLS fans in the country were thrilled by the kiss of Calvin and Andi in the episode that was shown this week in “Count Your Lucky Stars” (CYLS) on Kapamilya Channel, A2Z, and TV5.
Andi kissed Calvin after their fight in the hopes of returning the good fortune to Calvin and to cut ties with him.
According to YouTube users Geraldine Lucas and Chiquie Manguni, the episode featuring the characters’ kiss was ‘nakakakilig’ as they tuned into Kapamilya Online Live.
Meanwhile, Jerry Yan (Calvin Lu) is becoming Andi’s (Shen Yue) prince charming and hero as the former continues to help the rising fashion designer overcome obstacles.
Thanks to Western movies and popular novels, stereotypes come easily to mind when you think of women of the early West. Historians estimate that some 12 percent of homesteaders in Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, North and South Dakota, and Utah were single women. Lured by the Homestead Act, which gave any 21-year-old who headed a household the right to homestead federal land, independent women crossed the country to become landowners. By the early 1900s, a woman could load her belongings on a train and in several days make a trip that once took months. A NEW campaign has been launched to help smokers kick the habit. NHS Lanarkshire, NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde and NHS Lothian, have partnered together to support those who wish to quit smoking. The “Don’t Wait” campaign emphasises that it’s never too late to see the benefits that come from quitting smoking. Geraldine Lucas, Tobacco Control Lead at NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, said: “Working in partnership with colleagues across the central belt will allow us to raise the profile of our Quit Your Way stop smoking services which have continued to offer information, advice and support, including nicotine replacement therapy or Champix to people who smoke throughout the pandemic.
