Mothers and Daughters Share Christmas Traditions Down on the Farm

Family traditions handed down from generation to generation tend to make a special appearance on farms around the Christmas holidays. At Chestnut Vale Farm in Centreville, Maryland, Pat Rhodes — known as “Miss Pat” to the agricultural community she has served for many years and “MomMom Pat” to her grandchildren — has many traditions that she has shared and handed down to her five children, 16 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
