There is a chance for severe weather Wednesday afternoon in the Capital Region, with strong winds and thunderstorms possible from noon to 6 p.m., according to the National Weather Service in Albany.

ALBANY After temperatures were about 10 degrees higher than normal Wednesday, things will cool down and be blustery Thursday.
