HARRISBURG, Pa. As another major winter storm system moves across the Commonwealth, the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission issued a reminder Thursday for residents wondering what steps they can take to prepare for and recover safely from storm-related power outages.
The PUC also warned residents to give utility crews plenty of room to perform their repair work, and to use extra care when traveling, making sure utility crews working along streets and roads can stay safe.
