SOUTHERN COLORADO â A bill introduced in Colorado s state legislature could enact new regulations on THC concentrates for both medical patients and recreational consumers.
HB21-1317 will go to the Committee on Finance on Thursday, after passing unanimously out of the Public and Behavioral Health and Human Services Committee this week.
In a draft of the bill that was circulated earlier this year, a 15% potency cap on THC products was proposed. Since then, the bill has been dramatically revised. A potency cap is no longer included.

Mildred Harrison, of San Angelo, Texas, passed away January 6, 2021 at 87 years old. Millie joined the love of her life, Wesley Harrison, in their heavenly home. She was born on January 4, 1934 in Paris, Texas to Otis and Sadie Bunch.
Mildred, also known as Millie, graduated from Amarillo High School. She started a banking job right after graduation. Upon the early loss of her father, the family moved to San Angelo to be closer to relatives. Millie began working at First Savings and Loan Association as a teller and worked her way up to head teller. As fate would have it, Wesley went into the bank and was immediately smitten with her. After he got her name and introduced himself, they began dating and then married in 1963. The couple was inseparable. They both had a passion for golf. DUBLIN, Ga. A veteran at the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center in Dublin received a COVID-19 vaccine on Christmas day.
96-year-old World War II veteran, former local doctor and former Mayor of Dublin Lester Porter got the first vaccine at the center, just two days shy of his 97th birthday, according to a release from the center.
Porter is a former soldier with the Army’s 12th Armored Division and was on the front line of WWII in Germany. Now, he s on the frontline of a new battle COVID-19.

It is the Christmas meal open to everyone that for years asked no questions and required diners to offer nothing but a festive spirit.
But COVID requirements have changed some of that with Roshni Indian Restaurant this year needing peopleâs names if they take part in the meal that has become a Christmas tradition.
Owner Raj Sharma said his free meals previously had a no question asked motto for the past five years.
He said the majority of patrons who came during his free Christmas meals were vulnerable or from a situation were they could not risk disclosing any of their identity.
