The Daily Herald Plans for the new mixed-use Kedron Square development located at the soon-to-be former Tennessee Children s Home in Spring Hill continues its final development phase. The next phase of the proposed mixed-use development is currently being reviewed by the Spring Hill Municipal Planning Commission. If approved, the multi-faceted project would move forward and bring a site, which features multiple single-family homes, apartments, retail and office space, as well as hotel space. The Board of Mayor and Aldermen previously approved the site s preliminary plat in 2019, followed by planning commission approval of phase 1A in August of 2020, which included 81 single-family lots.
