Logan beat #10 Southeastern Illinois, 11-1 in five innings 4th-seeded Frontier beat #9 Southwestern Illinois, 5-0 6th-seeded Kaskaskia beat #7 Lake Land in ten innings, 4-3 the four first round winners advance to two double elimination sites at Mt. Carmel – it’s top-seeded Wabash Valley, Olney Central, and John A. Logan at Robinson – it’s 2nd-seeded Lincoln Trail, Kaskaskia, and Frontier there were two games yesterday, one at each site ....

J.D. Johnson moved from Falls County, Texas where he served as Community Bank President for BancorpSouth Bank. He brings over 12 years of commercial banking experience across several markets in Central Texas. He graduated from Del Norte High School in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where he was drafted by the Chicago Whitesox. After one year of Junior College Baseball, he signed with the Chicago Whitesox Organization and played for three years in their Minor League System. ....
