Paul Urrutia Jr. was born on September 20, 1967, in San Marcos, Texas, to Pablo and Guadalupe (Guerrero) Urrutia. Paul went home to his Lord and Savior on April 23, 2021, in Kyle, Texas. He graduated from San Marcos High School in 1986. Paul was a patriot, a warrior, and served his country honorably in the United States Army from 1987 to 1995. The Department of the Army awarded him the Army Commendation Medal in January 1991, for his meritorious service while performing as a heavy wheeled vehicle operator under hazardous and extremely demanding conditions during the U.S. Desert Storm Campaign, his exemplary performance reflected distinct credit upon himself, his unit and the United States Army. He also earned the Army Service Ribbon, Army Lapel Button, National Defense Service Medal, Sharpshooter Qualification Badge, Army Reserve Component Overseas Training Ribbon, and Southwest Asia Medal with 2 Bronze devices.
Fiercely guarded by lobbyists for both the agriculture and real-estate industries, the greenbelt law provides for lower tax assessments on property used for agriculture but the law is so loosely written that two or three cattle grazing on a few acres of vacant city land can qualify.

MINNEAPOLIS-ST. PAUL, MN – The Minnesota Twins today announced minor league managerial and coaching assignments for the 2021 season. For the second consecutive year, all six affiliates will have two pitching coaches, one of whom is bilingual (English & Spanish), while the top three levels employ five-person coaching staffs.
Triple-A St. Paul Saints
Toby Gardenhire makes his Triple-A managerial debut with the St. Paul Saints, after guiding the Twins’ two Single-A affiliates to a combined 151-121 (.555) mark from 2018-19.
Matt Borgschulte will be the Saints’ hitting coach, after serving in the same capacity for Single-A Ft. Myers in 2019 and the GCL Twins in 2018.
