The Luxembourg House of Financial Technology (Lhoft) examines the firms it has helped support over the four years since it was established at this Paperjam and Delano Club event.
From the handful of firms hosted at its offices in the train station district of the capital when it was first inaugurated on 24 April 2017, to the 240 members today, Lhoft and its eco-system have gone from strength to strength.
With a strategy based on collaboration and the creation of an ecosystem, Lhoft boasts a tight-knit community and pursues bold ambitions.
During this exclusive digital session, moderated by Jim Kent, Lhoft CEO Nasir Zubairi will detail what he has experienced for the past four years with the LHoFT and what he has witnessed for the fintech and financial services industry alongside guests Nadia Manzari, Partner at Schiltz & Schiltz, Philipp von Restorff, Deputy CEO of Luxembourg For Finance and Marc Lauer, CEO of Foyer and President of ACA.
OSCODA â The Oscoda High School (OHS) Interact Club, a service club affiliated with the Oscoda Rotary Club, raised over $1,000 to help eradicate polio from the face of the earth so that it will never come back to cripple another child.Â
The club members did an END POLIO NOW Dollar Drive in the high school and middle school homerooms to raise the money. Their effort will be double matched by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. This will enable the vaccination of over 5,000 children.
âThe students wanted to do something to make the world a safer place. We do lots within our community, but we wanted to do something with global impact,â said Interact President Sophia Rayes.
