Colorado Rep. Ken Buck helped start a GOP groundswell earlier this year when he pledged to refuse campaign donations from major tech companies some of the deepest-pocketed corporate players in U.S. politics.
But that stance has enhanced his appeal with another group of big-spending political donors: the tech giants’ major antagonists and their lobbyists.
